The railway station is a convenient five-minute walk. The friendly staff ensured efficient check-in and check-out. The room was very clean. The comfortable bed provided a guaranteed quiet night's sleep. I found the bathroom to be well-appointed.
The air conditioning did not have a remote. I needed to call reception to adjust the temperature.

The airport proximity is a great benefit. I appreciated the quick transit time! The hotel has a direct connection to the city via S-Bahn. It takes about 40 minutes to Alexanderplatz. Despite its location close to the airport, I did not notice plane noise.

The reception staff was available 24 hours. Check-in and check-out were both very quick processes. The room included air conditioning that worked effectively. I found free car parking available on nearby streets (it was not directly in front of the hotel).
The absence of a refrigerator in the room was a slight inconvenience.

The room lacked essential amenities. there was only one chair next to a small table (hardly big enough for anything). there was also no telephone in the room. I had to go downstairs to speak with someone regarding an issue, annoying.

location was GREAT. it was close to public transport. i walked to the airport in about fifteen minutes. also, the working desk in the room was convenient.
the hotel lacked some amenities. my room had only one chair. there WAS no telephone in the room, which i found inconvenient. the washroom door opened into the room, not the bathroom, which caused problems.

dirty cupslow heating
the room seemed clean at first, i noticed a dirty coffee cup. this made me question the overall cleanliness of the place. also, the shower water took a long time to heat up, a real inconvenience.
